Enjoy very low maintenance gardens with a choice of seating areas to enjoy. Look at that huge verandah, stretching all the way from the family room down to the double garage. Access is available from the double garage directly to this entertainment area, and into the main house as well.
This is perfect for a busy family who just dont have time to maintain their gardens but want the lifestyle to be able to enjoy it.
Your new home is certainly light filled, due to large windows and light décor. Kitchen is large, overlooking all entertaining. It really looks lovely, and I cant wait to see it myself, with its gas cooking, dishwasher and lots of roomy cupboards.
You will enjoy a great choice of heating and cooling options, with ducted evaporative cooling, gas heating, ceiling fans and additional split system reverse cycle air conditioning for when we hit those super-hot (or super-cool) days.
