Claudia has lived in Estramina Rd for a long period of time and over that period I have watched her successful stories in the Real Estate area. From the start when I met her to sell our property in Estramina Rd, she was a tower of strength for me as I was very anxious due to the fact we had a lot of stuff and were moving after almost 25 years. Claudia has a proffesional attitude towards her role as an agent, but is also down to earth on a humour level when things pop up out of the ordinary. I would not hesitate to recommend Claudia and her team to anypne thinking of selling or buying for that matter. Her knowledge of the local area and statisitics of the market were really helpful in us deciding to sell. I did not have to stress about anything in the early days of the paperwork and legal matters, as she was always available to talk via phone, sms or email. Very prompt and efficient she was. She always had an answer when I was anxious which reassured me a lot. Her husband and daughter are the most delightful people and together they have made a world of difference in our local area, which includes helping out those in need when the time comes. Claudia is administrator of our local facebook page for both business and local information in the area. She goes out of her way to make a difference to the people.
