Highly professional and excellent to communicate with.

Craig was very easy to communicate with from day one when we decided to sell our house. His manner is calm and professional, with no ego, easy to talk too and we felt he genuinely had our best interests at the forefront. Craig seamlessly lined up all the moving parts, from initial consultation, to house staging, professional photos and all online components including realestate.com.au. To his credit, our house was awarded the "Most Viewed Property" in Torquay on realestate.com.au Nothing ever seemed to tricky to handle, and we felt Craig gave our house just the right price range to A ) get people in the door and B) to satisfy our hopes for a desired purchase price, which we got. Craig had multiple buyers, and undertook a handful of private inspections and one or two open inspections, pulling people together when necessary to cater for our 9-5pm work week with an 18month old baby. Post the sale of our home, Craig kept an eye out for another property for us, presenting a few properties in a short time frame, and was flexible with us looking at the same property 3 times in 2 days to make sure we felt right about putting in an offer. Nothing was ever too hard with Craig, and we sincerely thank him for his work. We will definitely be going through Craig again when we decide to buy/sell, couldn't recommend him highly enough.
