Now that the dust has settled and the rollercoaster is over, I wanted to write a note to say thank you for your efforts, patience and persistence over the sales campaign for Scentbark. It was certainly not an open/shut sale with you having to navigate a tenant who at times was not completely transparent nor easy to communicate with. Let alone having a locked away deal fall apart just before a simple click on DocuSign! I acknowledge and am grateful for your ability to maintain the same level of effort and persistence through an extended period of time, beyond what I imagine you would have anticipated. Thank you for your 'straight shooter' style of advice and also for the constant and often immediate updates. We appreciate how regular your communication and updates were during the process. Ultimately, I feel we got the best offer out there in a market that seems to be favouring buyers at the moment. Thank you for your efforts and resilience through the journey. If anything I feel this process has taught us that you never know what's around the corner and if the effort and persistence is maintained in the style that you drove the process through the difficult moments, you can be surprised with the outcome! Please also pass on our thanks to your colleagues (Liv Swann) who I know assist greatly in the background with the open homes and admin to help get Scentbark sold. There were some testing times but your persistence and resilience and regular and open communication assisted in getting us through to a sale that we are happy with!
