Great experience selling in Peregian Breeze

Joel was great to deal with, we had him come in about 3 years ago for a appraisal of our property and at that time we told him we were not going to sell. Joel kept in touch with us about once every 4 months via a courtesy call. When the time came for us to sell we contacted Joel and everything was really smooth for us. Once listed Joel contacted us 2-3 times a week with updates, we could not fault Joel's processes and are more than willing to recommend him.
