Luke is always ready to help.
We were an unusual client for Luke as we resided interstate and never saw the property in person until settlement week. Our son lived nearby, had no prior real estate experience and attended the inspection at our request. Luke made the young man feel comfortable and let him room free and assisted him when required. Luke's laid back persona together with prompt and professional advice gave us the confidence to proceed with an offer and a contract.
