What's around 2 Antimony Rd

Over 13 Hectares between Gympie & Tin Can Bay

Over 13 hectares of uncleared bush, this piece of land just north of the Sunshine Coast presents an ideal opportunity to secure a private country retreat, at an affordable price. Serenity and the peacefulness of untouched nature are found on this north-easterly facing hilltop property, located on a quiet no through road. Within ten minutes drive to Kia Ora State School, it is half-way between Tin Can Bay and Gympie, with an easy thirty-minute drive in either direction along Tin Can Bay Road and a twenty-minute drive for direct access to the Bruce Highway. An idyllic setting for building your very own country homestead, this area is going to be more highly-sought after in future years due to its location and potential for growth, so get in quick while the prices are still low. Embrace that country life with native wildlife spotted and ever present on the property. Zoned Rural and Rural Activity, this property is dominated by Spotted Gum, Messmates, Tallow woods and White Mahogony timbers, and would involve some tree clearing to take advantage of the choice of several well-situated house sites. The resulting view would be spectacular, overlooking the Neerdie, Toolara and Bauple State Forests. This vendor is highly motivated to sell and welcomes reasonable offers. Contact the agent Jacki Kane on 0427 006 687 for further information and to arrange your inspection.

Excellent & Efficient Service by Jacki Kane

To buy the land and come into contact with Jackie Kane is a very pleasant experience. She offered us sincere assistance and professional advice when we are purchasing the property. She is friendly and when we ask her questions about the house, she explains all the details explicitly to us. She also works very professionally and efficiently. From the day we signed the contract to the handover. During that time, she also updated new information to us about the process of the trade. As clients, we totally feel comfortable and respected. Besides, we think Jacki Kane did a good job. The pictures posted on advertise are nice and neat. A short video clip about the land also be found on property listing. These help us a lot to gather more information about the property we are going to purchase. We would like to say a big thank you to Jackie Kane.

I'm sorry I don't have more blocks of land for Jacki to sell on my behalf!

I chanced upon Nev Kane Real Estate when stopping for fuel. From their office in the annex of the B.P. service station on the main street of Yandina, Jacki Kane walked me through the requirements needed to sell my block of land in Gympie. Although beyond their ordinary sale area, Jacki immersed herself in understanding the area ensuring she had accurate details of the local amenities (Primary School etc) as well as the timber and topography to answer various enquiries from interested parties and was always able to respond to my occasional questions giving sound advice. Jacki's use of drones for aerial photography and her tech savy use of Facebook targeted advertising saw a constant flow of enquiries which ultimately led to an offer and then sale of my block of land. While the final sale price was below what I'd hoped for, it must be remembered that in this Covid era Jacki being able to bring an offer to the table and closing the deal the same day is to her credit.
