Great Agent

We purchased a property through Rex and in return gave him the Sale of our house to manage which he took on without any doubts. This was comforting straight away as Rex was about the 3rd agent we’d had through our place after looking at previous property’s. He was the only one that gave us any confidence we would get what we were asking for in the area as it was still a new home with no comparisons to set the market. Rex made suggestions that we as the seller wouldn’t have even thought of and was very accomidating to our requests with inspections etc. He was extremely pro active in following up any potential leads and not letting any slip through the cracks as well. All in all we are extremely greatful for all of the hard work that Rex put in to get the price we needed on our property and also sticking it out with us on the settlement of our new property. Wouldn’t hesitate to give Rex a call if we ever decided to get back into the real estate market but for now we are over the moon with our purchase that Rex played a big part in helping becoming our reality.
