The low-density design of 388 Barkly Street helps build a real sense of community; it has a human scale. You don't feel like you're one of many in a sardine tin waiting for the lift.
There's depth to the building; it has real history, a 1930s textile manufacturer's warehouse, a story that's part of Brunswick's industrial fabric. You feel it every time you return; you feel like you belong.
