Excellent Service

I was contacted by Conor back in July and asked whether I was planning to sell my unit in Maroubra. I told that if they can sell it for a certain amount, then I would. Conor said that property market was very good at that time and it would not be difficult to get my asking price. Unfortunately, given my unit was tenanted, we had to wait until it was vacant which happened in early November. A very fast and efficient process was suggested and unit was sold less than 4 weeks since it was listed. Slightly lower than what I wanted but overall a very good experience and really appreciate Conor's effort and enthusiasm in marketing my property. Well done.
