Excellent Services!

I settled a property with NG Farah in January 2017. Ever since, James Daniel have been managing the house for me. I’d like to share my experience here. James possesses magical communication skills. He makes me feel like an old friend whom I have known for a long time when we talk over the phone or by email; however, we only knew each other through his expertise in property management. Isn’t that amazing! The following are the general items that have happened throughout the years: • Regular inspections have been done very thoroughly by the team. • Rent Review happens on a regular basis with very detailed feedback to the owners. • Prompt response with repairs. I always get more than one quotation from James to ensure low prices possible without sacrificing quality. • Good communication between owners and tenants. James answers emails throughout the day, early morning and at night. He does not mind me phoning him 6.30 in the evenings. Prompt response guaranteed. The tenants moving out, James advised what needed to be upgraded and repaired. He organised quotations and tradesman on site in a timely manner so that advertising online was available as soon as possible. Extremely professional and satisfactory! I have found him genuine and people around him are also nice. I even used his Handyman to oil the decking for my residence and the quality was great. I have asked him many questions and his views about property in the past years. Some are not related to the property being managed. He always advises me appropriately. He would also talk to his team for me if the inquiry is out of his domain. Absolutely helpful! James is not alone. There is a great team supporting him, Haylee Fenech, Luke Dosovic and more. Currently, this team manages two properties for me. I definitely recommend NG Farah team! Thank you, Erica
