Disappointed…

When I inspected the property I asked if the apartment would be cleaned as it had cobwebs everywhere, the kitchen had not been cleaned, the carpet had stains, cupboards had items left behind, etc The agent promised that it would be dealt with before my move. As soon as I put down a deposit for the apartment I never heard back from anybody… I had to call to ask to sign the lease agreement and pay my bond as I had already hired a moving company for Sunday. My lease agreement had the wrong rent amount. When I got the keys on Saturday, there were no instructions.How do I access the carpark? Where is my allocated car spot? A kind neighbour showed me around the very complicated building, and together after 20’ we discovered where my car spot was and how to access the apartment from the carpark. The apartment was still in the same condition as when I inspected it: DIRTY!!
