Having had my property listed with another real estate for approximately 3 months, I decided to make contact with N G Farah. Within 15 minutes of having left an online enquiry on their website, James Daniel from the Kingsford branch gave me a call. He got straight to the point, including personally picking up the keys from the real estate I previously enlisted the help of. My property went live on several websites as well as organising professional photos being taken and the first opening was 2 days later. After being listed with the team at N G Farah for only 6 days, James found a tenant. As quickly as tenants signed the lease documents, they were even quicker paying the full deposit and will move into the property in a weeks time. I cannot recommend James Daniel and the team at N G Farah more highly. Their service was professional. I was kept informed throughout and their ability to find a tenant for me within the space of only a few days, is a true testament of their service.
