Grace is very good

We have been with NG Farah for fifteen years. In the beginning the agent assigned to our property (Tash) was fantastic but when she left (after five years) the quality of the representative we had declined considerably. We were not sufficiently informed of maintenance issues with the property and the last tenant was a month behind with the rent before we were informed. Grace is a welcome return to quality. She keeps us informed about the property and gets maintenance work done quickly and efficiently. Our only complaint is with the quality of the maintenance work itself with your contractor not properly supervising the work.
