Through colleagues and friends i was recommended to entrust James Daniel with the leasing of my unit at Coogee beach . From the outset James was polite, thorough, and as professional in his work as i have experienced , and i have been in a variety of businesses over many years . initially he recommended some cosmetic changes to give the unit a more modern feel , which my wife and i agreed with, and the outcome was terrific , the unit looks wonderful . Throughout the upgrade james was in contact , but not impatient and pushy . and as soon as the upgrade was complete he had a photo session booked and a tenant secured within 5 days , a terrific effort i wouldn't hesitate to engage James again and i would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to lease their premises
