Choosing the "Right agent"

In selling my mothers house in a randwick I initially selected a couple of agents to get there views of the current market ( allegedly softening) before settling on Cameron at N G Farah. My selection process was simply based on who was going to achieve the result that we both wanted. Any agent can sell in boom times but I needed one whose been through boom and bust and could "sell" a property at an agreed price and get it. Cameron told us the price and we sold prior to Auction within two weeks of listing. We had great analytics from the agent to assist with the transaction. I have no hesitation in recommending both Cameron and the agency N G Farah.
