I was apprehensive about selling this unit. It had been an investment property for a number of years. l didn’t live in Sydney and was a retiree with limited knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs real estate market. Stephanie displayed a wealth of knowledge about how to market my property to achieve the best price I was particularly impressed about how hard Stephanie worked during the sale period. Working 7 days a week to promote my property. At the end of the day it’s the sale price that counts and Stephanie’s work ethic and skill achieved a price that exceeded my expectations.
