Personable, reliable and fantastic to deal with!

Stephanie was fantastic to deal with during our 1yr long search for a 2b1p in Coogee. Unlike nearly all other agents (and we dealt with many!) she was very genuine in her approach, always friendly, and took time to understand what we were looking for without being pushy or wasting our time on things that didn't hit the mark! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and on several occasions went above and beyond to give us advice. We found her very transparent and fair when running a blind auction (which normally I'd never trust!) and despite ending up as the underbidders on that property, she then kept in contact and let us know of off-market opportunities which fit our criteria. It just so happened that one of those turned out to be the property we purchased. We're incredibly grateful for Stephanie's input to our property search and happy that it did eventually end up being one of her listings that we purchased. We highly recommend Stephanie and wouldn't hesitate to deal with her in future either as a vendor or purchaser!
