We chose Nathan because of his exceptional market knowledge and success in our area.

We were confident that Nathan understood our preferred way of communicating and we were extremely pleased with the teamwork and dedication to detail communication with the entire team supporting our sale. He was keen to acknowledge the work of his team and how they assisted him. He presents exceedingly well in personal communication; respectful manner, active listening skills, sense of humour for connection, open to communication after hours and with timely responses. Nathan's appearance was a reflection of the high value he places on his professional presentation. He was keen to assist in problem solving any issues that were uncovered that may have impeded the sale. His resource base within the industry and associated trades was impressive. His assistance was met with immediate response from trades and Nathan was quick to follow-up the outcome of the plan to remedy the problem. We held a great deal of trust towards Nathan as we were not always in residence and distance sometimes posed difficulties in getting things done. Nathan supported all the way through. The detailed communications re the outcomes of open houses was well presented and thorough. Timelines were adhered to exceptionally well and we were never inconvenienced. He responded very well to our somewhat inflexible demands re the way that we wished to proceed with the sale. He respected our wishes and never exceeded boundaries that we had in place. The vendor being of advanced age appreciated her sense of control over an emotionally demanding process of selling the family home of some 80 years. Nathan demonstrated uncommon empathy towards this emotional process. He remained quietly confident, supportive and particularly knowledgeable of the processes that he managed thus ensuring a high degree of trust. Overall, the process directed by Nathan was a relatively difficulty-free experience and no doubt assisted the vendor in settling into her new environments. Thank you to Nathan and his team.
