9 Meyler Close, Little Bay

We originally placed our property on the market for sale with a large agency based in the centre of Sydney. During our 3-month "sole agency" with them one of their sales representatives held open days every Saturday but there was little or no activity during the remainder of the week. After the 3-month sole agency period had expired we instructed N G Farah as agents in their place and noticed an immediate difference. They continued with the Saturday open days but it was clear they were highly active at other times. Their principal Peter Goulding was quick to highlight the advantages and attractions of our property and was tireless in his efforts on our behalf which included using his influence to arrange a special write-up of our property in the Wentworth Courier. His assistant Jessica Watters was also helpful and showed our eventual buyers over our property. Once the sale was agreed they followed matters up by liaising with the solicitors and ensured the buyers did exchange contracts, keeping us fully informed on progress at all times when we were overseas. We found everyone we dealt with at the firm friendly, polite and efficient and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
