We had to sell our apartment in a difficult high strata building in a fast time frame. We interviewed 4 agents from the area. Nathan was the ONLY agent who wasn't put off by the challenge, he made it sound simple. Beyond Outstanding - Don't Sell Your Property With Anyone Else
Nathan and his team recently sold my property and I don't have the words to praise them enough! Incredibly responsive to both myself as a vendor but also prospective purchasers. He laid out an overall strategy for the campaign, how he would front-run our apartment's high strata fees with buyers and came armed with knowledge about the market and comparable sales in the area. Our apartment was not expensive by Sydney standards, but we always felt like we were Nathan's number 1 priority every single day of the campaign and even afterwards (despite the fact that he was selling at least a dozen other properties at the time). Nathan's work ethics and attention to detail were incredible. Our apartment was a challenge to sell and he didn't shy away from that. Nathan was relentless in finding and driving the right buyers and didn't just open the door and wait for the place to sell itself; he worked hard to achieve a sale that exceeded the top of our hoped-for-price-range! Nathan is worth every cent of his commission and then some! Make no mistake, you want this guy and his team to sell your property. Choosing anyone else would be a mistake.
