Cassandra and Liz have been absolutely fantastic in supporting us through final completion/key handover of our new investment property. We live interstate, and they willingly attended final inspections, collected keys, and arranged for advertising prior to official handover date. This is our second property we have managed by Liz at NGU Brassall, and we will continue to work with NGU for as long as Liz and Cassandra are there. Their ongoing management has been flawless, and their communications exceptional. We are very hands-off, at our own choice, but we know they value our input whenever we call or have something to add. I have nothing but praise for the team and we are very grateful to have found them back in 2023, and continuing to work with them now.
