Hassle Free and Professional

For diversification I asked Tom to find me an apartment and a house in the M1 corridor between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, as I saw the potential for sharp capital growth in that area. Tom was originally contacted as he was located in Springwood, with listings in the relevant area. I discussed my thoughts with Tom and within a few days he was able to shortlist potential properties (some that were exclusively listed with other real estate agents), give me a rundown on his opinion as to the positives and negatives of each, and organise inspections. I subsequently bought an apartment in Slacks Creek and a house in Logan reserve. Prior to settlement, Tom handled all of the little things like making sure the properties were all fixed up as far as maintenance, sorting out fencing issues with a neighbour, etc; all the minor problems I am too time poor with work to be able to attend to efficiently. I've never been provided with this level of support and professionalism in any RE purchase before. There was no spin, no issue too big or small for Tom to sort it all out for me, and I believe both vendors were also happy with the results. After settlement, I handed both properties over to Tom's team to manage. Decent tenants with strong references were found quickly, with no fuss, and with 7+% and 5+% gross rental returns on properties that are now quickly appreciating in value. While the purchase price was around what I expected, the rental returns are impressive. Tom has stayed in touch, not to try to push me into further purchases but simply to make sure I am happy with the ongoing management. I now consider Tom to be a friend, and I would not buy another property in Queensland without talking to Tom first. If you are seeking a hassle free process, without spin just to get a sale, Tom is the man to talk to. Tom and his team well and truly go the extra mil and deserve thanks for their assistance and ongoing support.
