Matt and Liam were both exceptional communicators, they take a proactive communication approach which made us feel reassured through the entire sales process. Matt was also really proactive with open homes, providing guidance on how to stage the house, as well as best times to look at selling. When our first buyer fell through Matt was the first to let us know, and by the time he’d called to tell us he already had a plan of attack for securing another contract, which we had in less than a week! Overall it has been an absolute pleasure having Matt and Liam represent us and our house, we are incredibly grateful for everything they have done to support us through the sale and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
