5 STAR SERVICE FROM A TRUE PROFESSIONAL

Selling a property during the COVID19 crisis could have been problematic, but Erden used his excellent market knowledge and negotiation skills to get us a great result on the sale of our father's property. He has an impressive knowledge of the local market, historical sales and market conditions which he used to develop the sales strategy for the property. Erden was very patient in explaining every process, making recommendations on pricing and marketing. He was always realistic in his estimates and advice, and it was refreshing to get honest appraisals rather than inflated expectations.
