•Having excellent market knowledge and a strong sense of professionalism are in our view the expected standard for agents. Kris exceeds these standards; and a point of difference that we find exceedingly rare in contemporary society is Kris demonstrated on more than one occasion that he is principled (honest, ethical) by nature and takes a proactive and solutions stance. He was also incredibly flexible throughout the campaign and following. He obviously works hard for the vendor, as he should, but part of his approach is to ensure he understands his buyers - and that works extremely well for him. We can honestly say we would not have even bid at this auction, let alone won it, if it hadn’t been for Kris.
