Nick was very receptive to our needs

We spoke to Nick when the property was first put on the market and we rang hi9m to confirm that we were interested in purchasing the property and would meet with him the following day. We inspected the property with Nick at the 1st open house and found him most helpful and he understood our needs. We agreed to put in an offer to purchase4 the property on that day with draft contracts being prepared. Nick contacted us back late the same day to advise that we were successful with our offer.
