I located the property on a Real Estate internet listing and had done a little background investigation prior to meeting Uri. He was very obliging and met me in town to drive in his vehicle to the property. He was selling in the area, (being away from Nimbin) as a favour to the Vendor and I found that this had no bearing on his focus on my inspection. He was thorough in his knowledge and unhurried. Follow up after contract 'raising', his calls and personal gathering of Council information for me was beyond effort of any previous agent I have used. I found him professional and focused.
