Nisha Property Management ... breath of fresh air in finding a Rental Property
After weeks of running around attending open homes and having to deal with pretentious 20 year olds who seem to look down at you because you are renting, along came Nisha and her team who made us feel valued clients to her business. Nisha has been a shining light in a very bleak sector of the real estate Home rental sector. Her prompt attendance at open homes, her professional presentation of the rental property highlighting all the features and benefits of living in each home has raised the bar on how prospective clients should be treated. After our open house was finished I was ready to buy the property not just rent it. At no time have my wife and I felt like second class citizens just because we are renting. The professional courtesy shown by Nisha was uplifting and made it a pleasure to to do business with her. Nothing was a problem for Nisha and her prompt response in getting back to us with any concerns gave us great confidence in moving forward and renting her property.
