Our investment property was only vacant for 3 days between tenants and a higher rent was achieved to meet rising insurance costs. Nisha was very organised & began the marketing process well in advance of our lease expiry. After Open Home viewings on the Saturday, prospective tenants applications were sent through the following day being Sunday and any queries we had were also answered on the Sunday. By Monday, the new tenants had signed a lease and made arrangements to move in. There are often maintenance issues that need attending to at the end of a lease and these issues too were dealt with promptly and very efficiently. Nisha is an excellent communicator-we never have to chase her for information as we are constantly kept informed via email or SMS and she always makes herself available to take our calls. We can not recommend Nisha highly enough to entrust with your invest property. We have used her management services for many years now and she never fails to meet our expectations.
