Nisha is professional, fair, compassionate and incredibly hard working. We are continually impressed by her attention to detail and her drive to go above and beyond on all occasions. We can relax knowing our properties are looked after and she only contacts us to provide updates or when absolutely necessary. As a young couple with a fur baby, trying to find a suitable rental is chaotic and challenging at the best of times. We found ourselves tirelessly searching for the right property with the right agency in what is currently an extremely competitive market and this led to it becoming an extremely stressful exercise. This was until we met Nisha. Nisha took the guess work, the stress and all the complication out of getting approved for our rental. Her communication and responsiveness has been second to none in our experience. She provided us with peace of mind and security throughout the entire process and has made what is usually a difficult procedure, feel easy.
