Negotiating expert!

My partner and I recently had Ryan of Noel Jones as our agent to undertake the sale of our property in Croydon. Being the first property we’ve ever sold we weren’t sure on what to expect of the process and finer details. But lucky for us, Ryan from the get go took charge and guided us through the process swiftly and before we knew it, he was already undergoing negotiations with the buyer. My partner are generally pretty slack with life admin, so it was a pleasure working with Ryan to direct us politely on our roles through the process and staying cool, calm and collected with our sometimes poor communication with him. All in all, the man handled everything perfectly for us, got the result we were after in a swift manner and all with no added stress on us. One thing we personally loved about Ryan was his young energy, made us feel our choice to not pick an older veteran in the real estate field a success. Thank you, Cass and Kev.
