Quick / Easy / Helpful

I moved into my first place and Sarah (the agent) has been very helpful with the few things i've needed a hand with. She was quick with replies and getting back to me and made moving very easy and clear. She is good at her job and it shows. After dealing with a few, the good ones are quite obvious and Sarah is one of them :)
