Would not recommend.

I would NOT personally use or recommend Alex Harris or her business to anyone. I purchased a property in Noosaville that was tenanted through Noosa4Sale, with the tenants scheduled to vacate before the end of their lease. Throughout the process, I found the communication to be unprofessional and, when issues arose, explanations were often provided instead of proactive solutions. I was also disappointed that we were not informed promptly when the tenants vacated the property earlier than expected. Had we been notified at the time, we could have arranged tradespeople and furniture removalists much sooner, making the transition into the property far easier and more efficient. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet the level of service, communication, and professionalism I expected from a real estate agent.
