Sold within a week....again

This is the second house that Alex has sold for us, and for the second time she's sold it for near the asking price within a week. Last time around Alex sold our family home, this time we asked her to handle the sale of a investment property. Once again, Alex handled the whole process, leaving us almost completely hands-off from when she picked up the keys until the money hit our bank. I cannot say how much it was appreciated by us to have the sale handled in a completely hassle-free manner and at an absolute minimum of cost. So, once again Alex has completely exceeded our expectations. We would not consider using another agent in Noosa, and I cannot recommend Alex's services highly enough to you.
