Great property manager

As a new land lord, I was recommended North Brisbane realty through a community group. I'm so glad I have chosen them to be the property manager. I'm very impressed with their professionalism and communication. They told me a number of things I had to get ready that would serve me well in the future. Their condition report was very thorough, there was a slight hiccup in the additional cleaning we had done was not updated. But I have the assurance that they will hold themselves responsible should anything happen. They found tenants for us very quickly with a good rental price. They took the time to explain how they decided who to put forward as tenants and we certainly asked a lot of questions. They were very patience. Thanks kylie and Tamara for a smooth start to being a land lord.
