From a first time vendor

I’d never sold a property in Australia before, so I was unfamiliar with the many steps that needed to be taken as part of the process. In spite of lack of knowledge and inexperience as a vendor, Paul was incredibly patient with me in explaining to me each and every step of the process, answering my questions and quickly responding to my emails and phone calls. More than that, Paul was incredibly respectful of and responsive to the tenant in the property at the time. He was in regular communication with her and made sure she was always ‘kept in the loop’. In the end, the whole sale process was effortless and I felt thoroughly supported by Paul throughout.
