About Brad

Brad has operated and been a leading sales person within Crows Nest for what will be his 20th year this year. He joined Northside Realtors in 1996 and became a director in 1999. Brad’s commitment to the industry is reflected in his encyclopedic knowledge of the local market – trends, statistics and insights. Brad is a highly organised, proactive and tenacious agent and relishes the challenge and excitement of each auction and sales campaign. Developing client rapport early in the sales process is extremely important to Brad and he uses his trademark blend of energy, insight, diligence, and humour to ensure a strong result for everyone involved. Efficient and professional

Brad and his team, including the stylist he put me in touch with were all professional in approach but also demonstrated excellent communication and proactive customer service. A Complete Professional Property Selling Experience

Brad has looked after our family investment property for many years. His team have proven their skills to us as well trained, enthusiastic customer focused individuals. When it came to finally placing our property on the market what we received from Brad was a professonal realistic market assessment in a difficult market. The outcome was an as forecasted marketing time line to an actual sale and a final sale price that was very close to the original estimated number. (in an extremely difficult market) With Brad and the North Side Realtors team what we avoided was the all to often seen unrealistic sales blurb in an effort just to acquire the prospective sellers business. An extremely professional customer focused knowledgable organisation. Well done team......

HAPPY BUYER

My partner and I recently bought a house via Brad. The process was transparent and his great communication kept us up to date with the status of the property so we could be involved at all stages. From our inspection, to queries, to offer and to offer acceptance. Brad was always available and at no point did we feel too rushed in the decision making process in this hot market.
