Accommodating and transparent with communication

I am abroad for work and corresponded with Nova Realty Group while overseas in a vastly different time zone. Nova Realty Group has remained accessible, and I've had no problems contacting them over email or instant messaging. I undertook minor renovations prior to listing the property. This was done promptly with Nova Realty Group's help, and I was kept in the loop for quotes and other decisions throughout. Nova Realty Group were also diligent and transparent in securing a tenant. I was given prompt updates on the status of inspections and applicants with their views on the viability of applications.
