I met Tom in January 2015 when I asked him to do a valuation on my Uncle house, who had recently passed away. Tom was of the knowledge that the valuation he was doing on my uncle's house was for a future sale after I engaged a Solicitor to handle my Uncle's affairs. I wanted to touch base with an agent when I was in Coffs Harbour and find somebody that I felt I could trust and liked to handle this sale as I live in Nowra and would be handling all this via phone calls and emails. Tom is very personable and one on one with you and I feel like he has become a friend in this regard, he is very patient and understanding, considering this was a delicate situation we were dealing with
