NTY Property Group helped lease this property

The local experts

It has been an absolute delight to work with Leah and the team at NTY to lease our property. We are so pleased that we selected NTY to manage our rental property. After comparing with three other agencies, NTY had the fairest and most up front terms and pricing for their services. We like that they are a boutique agency offering a personalised service for our specific needs - and that they clearly knew the local market better than any of the other agencies. Leah was so helpful and friendly, we had a few questions as it was the first time we had become landlords, and Leah was quick and professional every time we needed assistance. Thank you for your guidance and flexibility - couldn’t fault your service and would highly recommend to anyone!
