Working with NU Management as a new landlord
I recently entered the market as a landlord a bit tentatively, looking for a property manager with local knowledge, excellent communication, a relationship-based way of working and a track record for integrity. A lot to ask for? I have found it in Grant and his team. In the months I have worked with them, they haven't missed a beat. They are helpful, always personable, give accurate information and are prepared to be flexible if situations arise. They told me what to expect and coached me through each stage; they were upfront about all costs; they answered my questions patiently and alerted me quickly if anything changed. We worked together to give prospective tenants a realistic understanding of my property, in order to find the right match. We did so within about two weeks - so a win/win/win, I think! I couldn't be happier with Grant, Euan and the team. They take a consultative and respectful approach to both landlords and tenants, and pride themselves in doing so.
