Grant - thoughtful, kind, proactive, super professional

Coming to Sydney from the US, finding real estate was a new experience and a lot of unknowns - but Grant by far out of all the real estate agents we interacted with - was the BEST. Super attentive, responsive , thoughtful, and caring . He genuinely guided our experience in finding an apartment from start to finish, listened to our needs, and advocated for us while also working with the property owner. Communicative, efficient, solution oriented, and a wonderful demeanor and personality. He exceeded the professional standards and completely shifted our experience into one that felt welcoming and reassuring in a new city.
