For renters, it can feel quite hard to form a genuine, fair, personable, and two-way relationship with agents - especially those that serve the best interests of both the renter and landlord - a tricky balance that can often leave one scratching their head. Needless to say, Grant has changed my perspective on this relationship with his hands-on and caring approach. From his consistent availability, insightful advice, fast and detailed communication, general property insights, and genuine nature, I've yet to be anything but thoroughly impressed and grateful not just his own personal service, but also Nu Management's. From the date of inspection, it was no surprise to my partner and I that he has an extensive and deep professional history in customer and client service in high-end, top-class hotels.
