From the very first inspection through to moving in, Grant and the team at NU Management have been fantastic to deal with. Communication was always prompt, clear and honest, and every question I had was answered quickly. The whole process was smooth, well organised and genuinely stress-free. A special mention to Nick as well, who was incredibly responsive and helpful during the move-in. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made the whole experience really easy. What stood out most was that Grant genuinely cares about the tenant experience. Even after I'd moved in, he checked in to make sure everything was going well and let me know to reach out if I needed anything. That level of service is rare.
