Grant has been amazing service provider and advisor. We had a series of agents, who advised that condition of our property was fine. However our rent return was on the decline. From the moment we met Grant, he was positive, structured and honest. He quickly confirmed the property was tired and in need of an uplift. He worked with us (we are based in WA), our designer, builder, contractors and family to oversee the renovation of the apartment. Nothing was too much effort Grant met suppliers and contacts on site at various times. He remained positive and available, and continue to provide an honest assessment of the works underway. He then seamlessly managed finding really great professional tenants. Great work and support!
