Professional and Personal Touch

I've been blown away by how great Nu Management has been to us. In more than one case, they've gone above and beyond what I would reasonably expect from an agency. For example, we locked ourselves out of our apartment late one night a few weeks after moving in. We were prepared to call a locksmith and spend over $200 to get inside. But after texting Grant to let him know the situation, he was able to get us a spare key 30 minutes later. I couldn't believe it. It was 9pm on a Tuesday! That's only one example, but it illustrates the level of professionalism and personal touch you can expect from Nu Management. Grant, Euan, Dana and the rest of the group are first class. I can't recommend this agency enough!

Wonderful & First Class Experience

Grant was absolutely brilliant to deal with throughout the entire process. His communication, prompt responses and clarification was best to service not only us as tenants but also the landlord in achieving a great result for both parties.
