Great experience with Nick from Nu Management
We’ve had a great experience with Nick from Nu Management as our Property Manager. Since the beginning of our lease, he has been very helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever we’ve had any questions or issues with the property, Nick has always been available to assist and has made sure things are followed up and handled properly. It’s been a very positive experience so far, and we really appreciate his support and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Nick and Nu Management to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful property management team.

Grant was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made the search / move in process seamless. A few examples: he agreed to meet me Sunday evening to hand the apartment over, made sure the apartment was super clean when I moved in and even dropped off a few pieces of furniture to ensure I was well equipped in the furnished apartment. He was responsive whenever I had queries as well which I really appreciated. I highly recommend using this agency as it was an incredible experience for me!!
