A very positive and enjoyable experience with a great outcome

I have used a number of different agents over the last 12 years for my investment property some good and others not so much but from the moment I spoke with Grant on the phone I knew I had finally found the best. He really listened to what I had to say about the sort of tenant I was looking for and within 2 days had excellent photos taken of the property and two "Open for Inspections" organised, Grant is very professional. easy to communicate with and knows the areal like the back of his hand.
