I have rented from NU Mangement for over two years now so far, and has been a pleasant experience from day one. Grant and all of his team members are very prompt with service requests or any general inquiries. Any maintainance requests have been dealt with within days. His team is very professional and friendly. I would recommend this team/company to anyone looking for property management.

As someone who has owned many investment properties over the last 25 years (and still does) the NU Management team in particular Grant in my experience have been top notch! Easy to deal with, nothing is ever a problem, great communication, available and extremely professional. Moving from Newcastle to Sydney NU Management understood my challenges and wherever possible worked around me to reduce the stresses of moving! If you’re looking to rent or find a property management team who will have your best interests at heart, do yourself a favour and contact the NU Management team! You won’t be disappointed!
